Marigold Learning partners with school leaders to mentor new teachers through a two-year SOLID system, so they stay, grow, and build classrooms where neurodivergent students belong, learn, and feel safe.
Instead of impersonal induction programs and summer bootcamps, we offer a two-year relationship of dynamic workshops, personalized coaching, and community-building in true partnership with school administrators. Ultimately, we help schools develop educators who stay, grow, and make a lasting impact through our SOLID framework.
Jennifer founded Marigold Learning after seeing new teachers rely on control and compliance to manage neurodivergent students, rather than building connections. She realized both weren't a character flaw — it was a missing skill. With courage and curiosity, they worked together on self-awareness, relationship building, systems management, and understanding student needs. That work became the foundation of Marigold Learning and its SOLID framework, helping teachers understand themselves and their learners so they can teach with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
If you're a school administrator who hires new teachers and is ready to reduce turnover, ease the burden of constant hiring, and stop losing institutional knowledge, Marigold Learning can help. We build SOLID teachers through foundational skills, targeted coaching, and a supportive community — in true partnership with you.
Jennifer brings a deeply contextualized approach to teacher mentorship. Grounding her work in research-informed pedagogy while attending to educators’ individual interests, experiences, and professional strengths, Jennifer thoughtfully aligns mentorship practices with broader organizational goals. Jennifer's approach helps schools develop more intentional and sustainable systems for supporting new teachers, ultimately strengthening educators’ capacity to create learning environments in which neurodivergent students can experience genuine belonging and meaningful learning in an environment where they feel safe to take academic risks.
The Framework for Safe, Regulated, and Responsive Classrooms.
Build solid, sustainable systems that allow the classroom to run with clarity and predictability.
Teachers center outcomes of their desired emotional state first.
Prioritize authentic, sustainable relationships with every student.
Create a grounded rhythm that moves students through learning with ease.
Teachers continuously reflect on their emotional responses and impact.
SOLID classrooms aren't controlled—they're regulated, relational, and responsive. When systems are automatic, relationships are strong, and teachers are self-aware, students experience what every child deserves: a safe place to learn and be seen.
